- Pro / viele Vorteile:
Mein Test zeigt seit etwas über einem Jahr, dass der Staubsauger auf Parkett sowie auf Teppich immer einen super Job macht. Das Gerät ist so robust, dass es problemlos die Treppe runterfallen könnte (. wie ein Video im Internet sogar zeigt . siehe hier) und danach zusammengesetzt wieder zuverlässg staubsaugt.

- jedoch noch mehr Vorteile und gute Erfahrungen mit dem DC52:
- Tipp: den DC52 kaufen, wenn es das Budget oder ein Sonderangebot zulassen :-)Online auch oft günstig.
Für wen ist der dyson DC52 besonders gut geeignet?
- Wer Tiere (Katze oder Hund) im Haus hat, sollte den als Tierhaarstaubsauger (DC52 animal turbine) kaufen.
- Wer Allergiker ist und bei Pollen und Hausstaub empfindlich reagiert, kann jedes Modell wählen. Die sind alle für Allergiker geeignet, egal ob allergy, allergy plus oder sonst was im Namen draufsteht.
- Wer erwartet, dass ein Staubsauger einfach deutlichst über 10 Jahre halten soll und notfalls auch mal repariert werden kann, der sollte diesen kaufen.(Langlebig, Robust)
- Wer große Flächen saugt oder sehr sehr häufig staubsaugt, wird viele Staubsaugerbeutel einsparen und vor allem von der tollen Filtrationsleistung begeistert sein.

- Der günstigste DC52 und dabei noch mit guter Ausstattung: das Modell DC52 Allergy:hier Preise vergleichen
- Der komfortabelste, weil gleich die Turbodüse für alle Fußböden dabei ist. D.h. noch schneller Staub saugen! Die Turbodüse mit den zusätzlichen Carbonfasern ist geneial für alle, die sowohl Teppich als auch Hartboden ohne umschalten in einem Zug saugen wollen. Dank der fußbodenschonenden Bürstenwalze spart man sich meist sogar die vor-und zurück Bewegung beim saugen. Lohnt sich auf jeden Fall und wäre sogar für Tierhaare gut geeigent. Ja! Nix auswaschen. Der Nachfolger heit Cinetic Big Ball und ist gerade in der TV Werbung.
der dyson staubsauger aus der aktuellen TV Werbung, bei dem man keine Filter mehr auswaschen muß. Der sich nach umkippen wieder von alleine aufrichtet, cinetic big ball heißt, sich automatisch auf den bodenbelag anpasst (diese Nahaufnahme wo der Staubsauger von glatten Boden auf Teppich wechselt), . mit der dicken runden Kugel, . und diesen komischen roten Düsen, wo der Staub rausbläst und dem Behälter, der besser zu entleeren ist, weil der Zylinder sich mit nach unten bewegt und so kein Staub aufwirbelt.

Dyson DC37 Animal Turbine Test Staubsauger
Unter den Staubsaugern der DC-37-Serie ist der Animal Trubine, wie der Zusatz im Produktnamen schon offen legt, der Spezialist für Tierhaare. Der Grund dafür ist in der speziellen Turbinen-Düse zu sehen, die Katzen- oder Hundehaare mittels einer Bürstenwalze von Teppichböden aufnimmt. Der Hersteller Dyson hat dem Staubsauger darüber hinaus aber auch noch einen Mehrwert in Sachen Komfort spendiert: Die Düse lässt sich nämlich direkt über den Handgriff ein- beziehungsweise ausschalten.
Tierhaare in Teppichen ist in jedem Staubsauger-Test die Königsdisziplin in der dementsprechend auch viele Geräte, die bis dahin auf Glattböden eine souveräne Leistung abgeliefert haben, kräftig Federn lassen müssen. Besser schneiden oft Modelle ab, die mit einer speziellen Düse ausgestattet sind, in der eine Bürstenwalze arbeitet, wobei wiederum die Effizienz dieser Bürste deutlich zunimmt, wenn sie nicht über den Luftstrom, sondern separat von einem Motor angetrieben wird. Genau dies ist bei der Turbinendüse von Dyson der Fall. Überaus praktisch: zum Lieferumfang des Staubsauger gehört nicht nur eine Turbinendüse für Teppichböden, sondern auch ein zweites, um einiges schmaleres Mini-Modell. Es erleichtert hauptsächlich das Absaugen von Polstermöbeln oder Autositzen, von Nutzen kann sie aber auch in Wohnungen sein, die mit vielen Möbel zugestellt sind und dementsprechend e beim Saugen viele Hindernisse bieten. Speziell für diesen Fall hat der Dyson übrigens noch eine weitere Besonderheit parat. Der Staubsauger ist nämlich wie ein Ball konstruiert und damit außergewöhnlich beweglich, er lässt sich zum Beispiel auch auf der Stelle drehen wenn es eng zugeht beim Saugen ein nicht zu unterschätzender, großer Vorteil.
Doch wie schlägt sich der Dyson nun in der Praxis? Prächtig, wie es den Anschein hat. Der überwiegende Teil der Kunden bescheinigt dem Staubsauger, tatkräftig gegen Tierhaare jeder Art vorzugehen, die Turbinendüsen halten also, was sie versprechen. In den Kundenrezensionen wird aber auch immer wieder die Wendigkeit des Staubsaugers gelobt, die einzigartige Umschaltmöglichkeit von Bürsten- auf Normalbetrieb wiederum wird sogar, was nicht weiter verwundert, teilweise mit Begeisterung aufgenommen der Wechsel von Teppich- zu Hartböden ist in Sekundenschnelle erledigt. Wie so häufig wird dagegen die Lautstärke des Staubsaugers kritisiert, ein Standardvorwurf, den fast jeder Dyson trifft, der aber auf der anderen Seite sehr stark subjektiv geprägt ist und daher keinen Anspruch auf Allgemeingültigkeit besitzt. Bleibt daher zum Schluss nur noch die Frage übrig, ob das Gerät sein Geld wert ist, denn momentan schlägt der Dyson mit 425 EUR ( Amazon ) zu Buche und spielt damit in einer eigenen Liga doch auch diese Frage müssen sich alle Dyson-Sauger gefallen lassen, eine objektive Antwort auf sie zu geben ist wiederum beinahe unmöglich.

Great multifloor, average on carpet
Dyson's cinetic vacuum is great, love th . e easy clean out and no need to change filters. This feature and the many accessories available for it are why it's a 4 star product. It performs very well on hard wood and tile, as well as low pile carpet. You can't beat the versatility of this machine from stairs to ceiling fans. And being a pull behind canister it really isn't that heavy to pull, it just takes getting used to. Like, don't start your vacuuming on the far side of the room and work your way back, or you have to move the canister out of your way as you go. Work thru a room. If you like leaving perfect vacuum stripes, this defeats that effort. The self retracting cord is such a nice feature, and the wand storage location is a nice touch. Now for the cons. This vacuum is very expensive, even for a refurbished model. It doesn't come with enough accessories forcing you to buy overly expensive accessory kits. The cinetic feature is great until a chunk of debris too large to fit through a cyclone gets stuck or hair or fuzz clog one up. The vacuum continues to work if this happens but it vibrates and makes noise. I don't want to make this sound too bad because the cyclones will usually clear the problem unless it's too hard of a material. The CY18 suffers from mediocre performance on tall pile carpets like any of the other suction driven beater bar vacuums that I have tried. If you have a house with mostly tall pile carpet, buy a machine built for tall carpet with a real belt driven beater bar. They will out perform this vacuum in that area. Overall, this is a great machine but for the price, Dyson really needs to throw in several more attachments with a carry bag. Get with the program.

New Dyson, same deal-breakers
The Good The Dyson Ball Allergy (formerly known as the DC65 Animal) vacuums even better on carpets than the DC41 that came before it, with improved airflow and a more powerful brushroll.
The Bad Annoying design issues that plagued the usability of the DC41 linger through to the Ball Allergy. Most notably, the vacuum clicks into its upright position, but it doesn't always stick and can come crashing to the floor.
The Bottom Line The DC41's design disappointed us, and the Ball Allergy's isn't any better. Despite the strong performance scores, this pricey Dyson is still difficult to recommend.

On the Dyson Web site, Chief Engineer James Dyson is quoted as saying, "Our mission is simple. We solve the problems others seem to ignore." But what about the problems Dyson ignores?
That's what I was left wondering after testing out the Dyson Ball Allergy, which at the time was called the Dyson DC65, and was the newest in Dyson's long line of high-end upright vacuums. Like the models that came before it, the Ball Allergy trumpets its forward-thinking engineering, and it performs admirably when it comes time to clean. But the Ball Allergy also suffers from a few baffling build flaws -- the same flaws I found when I tested its immediate predecessor, the DC41 .
These flaws impact the vacuum's usability, undermine Dyson's claims of superior design, and make the Ball Allergy a tough sell compared to models like the Oreck Touch and the Electrolux Precision Brushroll Clean , even in spite of the fact that Dyson recently added new attachments for 2015 and cut the price from $600 down to $500.

Choosing a Dyson Upright Vacuum
Dyson makes the best bagless upright vacuums, but picking one out can be difficult. With so many series, models, and features available many consumers may tear their hair out in confusion. With this buyer's guide, we hope to explain the differences between the Dyson uprights and help pick out the model that is right for you.
Dyson's vacuums are made in series: DC24, DC25, DC33 and so on. Within each series, the Multi Floor is the base model and the Animal is the pet model. The models are the same except for the color and extra attachments. e.g. The DC25 Animal and DC25 Multi Floor have the same features and attachments, but only the DC25 Animal comes with the mini turbine brush.
Dyson Uprights and Delicate Carpets
The powerful brush action on Dyson uprights provide exceptional cleaning on standard tightly-woven carpets. However, the stronger brush tends to pull out fibers on delicate carpets such as shag, frieze, and wool berber as well as antique and hand-woven rugs. If you are using a Dyson upright on a delicate carpet, we recommend that you turn off the brushroll. This will preserve the life of your carpet. The brushroll shut-off feature is found on all Dyson uprights.
Dyson's uprights come in two styles. The standard style models are like most upright vacuums. With two wheels in the back, they handle like a typical upright vacuum. You have to go back and forth like a lawnmower to turn. The Ball System vacuums have a revolutionary steering system. They turn like a bike. You just turn the handle and the brush pivots around and goes in the direction that you point it. While the Ball System is more maneuverable, some buyers may prefer the stable feel of the standard style Dyson upright. It's really down to personal preference. The only thing to look out for is that users with arthritis may feel strain with Dyson Ball models since they have to turn their wrists to steer.
The DC24 series is Dyson's lightest and most compact Ball Style upright. In order to get the vacuum down to 11.6 lbs., the DC24 needed to cut back on features such as motor size and dust capacity. While most dyson uprights range from 16 to 20 lbs., the DC24 is made for users who need a lighter vacuum. It is also perfect for smaller homes and apartments where there is little space to store a vacuum.
The DC25 is Dyson's full-sized version of the DC24. The larger motor and dust capacity provide better performance than the DC24, but it raises the weight to 16.12 lbs.
The DC40 is Dyson's mid-sized Ball upright. At 14.5 lbs, it fits between the DC24 and DC25 but has a slightly larger cleaning path and capacity than the DC25.
The DC41 is Dyson's top-of-the-line Ball upright. A redesigned airpath gives more suction than the DC25. It also has a larger cleaning path and higher capacity.
