- Nicht all zu schwer

Konnte mich bisher nicht für einen Cyclone Staubsauger begeistern, da 1. teuer und 2. meist sehr laut.

Auf Grund der vielen aufschlussreichen Rezessionen habe ich mich doch für diesen Staubsauger von AEG entschieden.

Habe ihn erst seit 1 Woche im Betrieb, bin begeistert!

Meine ersten Eindrücke sind:

- Super Saugkraft! Was der alles aus dem Teppich raus holt!

- Für einen Cyclone Staubsauger ist die Lautstärke ok, relativ tiefe Frequenzen. Die hohen Frequenzen kommen auch durch, aber nach meinem Empfinden nicht vordergründig.

- Der Sauger hat ein schön langes Kabel, ist wendig genug und nicht so schwer wie mein bisheriger Miele.

- Die Universaldüse geht super für Teppich und Hartboden, die Umstellung geht leicht mit dem Fuß

- Die Saugstange ist stabil und lässt sich einfach in der Länge einstellen

Dachte vorher schon ich kauf mir einen Dyson, aber nachdem der Dyson immer mehr Kritik einstecken muss, hab ich mich wieder für einen AEG entschieden da ich nie wirklich ein Problem mit dem Staubsauger hatte außer, dass meiner schon Alterschwach war!

Der Neue ist sehr handlich und hat einen super Wendekreis, auch die 2 in 1 Bürste ist super man braucht eigentlich die Bodenbürste die zusätzlich dabei ist nicht!

Das einzige Manko was dieser hat ist, dass das Kabel nicht mehr so lange ist wie bei meinem Alten Staubsauger, da waren es 13m und jetzt sinds 10m und die 3 m merkt man schon!

Ich würde ihn wieder kaufen! Super Gerät!

Beim Auspacken des Gerätes war ich dann leider etwas enttäuscht. Das Gerät macht einen "billigen" Eindruck. Der Sauger ist komplett aus Plastik, welches aber keinen sehr stabilen Eindruck macht. Auch beim Filterwechsel bzw. Filterreinigen sollte man schon mit Samthandschuhen rangehen, damit man die Plastikteile nicht beschädigt bzw. abbricht.

+ Kabellänge plus Schlauchlänge - perfekt

+ großer Filterbehälter, da reicht auch mal jeden 2ten Tag aus zu reinigen

+ Filterreinigen ist sehr einfach - auch die anderen Filter/Schwämme

+ Lautstärke ist für die Saugleistung sehr akzeptabel (mein alter war deutlich lauter)

+ Saugleistung ist enorm - ideal für Katzen-/Hundebesitzer (auch Katzenstreu feinkörnig auf dem Teppich - kein Problem!)

+ mitgeliefertes Zubehör (Hartbodendüse/Ritzendüse/Polsterdüse)

- umständliches wechseln von der Bodendüsen von Bürste auf Glatt (Schieber - kein "Pedal")

- nicht gerade hochwertige "Plastikteile" Vorsichtig sein beim öffnen des Gerätes

Er ist zwar etwas leicht gebaut (Schlauch und Anschlüsse), doch bei entsprechendem Umgang ein gutes preiswertes Gerät. Bestellt und gekauft bei Amazon, schnelle Abwicklung, Danke.

1. Siemens Super 711 Electronic 1100W (groß und schwer, mit Staubbeutel) - noch funktionsfähig, Schlauch löst sich häufig vom Gehäuseadapter (sehr alt).

2. Siemens Super XS dino 1500W (klein und leicht, mit Staubbeutel) - Defekt wegen Lagerschaden am Motor (alt).

3. AEG ASC6935 2100W (im Vergleich zu 1. und 2. mittlere Größe und mittleres Gewicht => optimal und ohne Staubbeutel) (Anschaffung 03/2012).

Je reiner die Abluft sein soll, um besser müssen die Filter sein, was letztendlich eine höhere Leistung des Gerätes (Watt) erfordert. Die beiden Siemens hatten zusätzlich zu den Filterbeuteln nur dünne Gewebe- bzw. Schaumstofffilter, die wegen Verschmutzung auch häufig gewechselt bzw. gereinigt werden mussten. Trotzdem war die Abluft nicht immer Staubfrei.

Der AEG hat keine Filterbeutel, sondern stattdessen einen Staubbehälter und 5 Filter:

(1) Filter für große Schmutzteile im Zyklonbehälter

(2) Dicker Schaumstofffilter zum Auswaschen (1 Ersatz wurde mitgeliefert)

Filter verstaubt sehr schnell, Ausklopfen ist auch möglich, aber eine etwas staubige Angelegenheit

(3) Dünner Motorschutzfilter (waschbar?, ich werde ihn einfach absaugen)

(4) Dicker Hepa Filter zum Auswaschen (schon praktiziert)

(5) Dünner Schaumstofffilter beim Luftaustritt

Alle Filter können m.E. gereinigt werden. Soweit ich bisher erkennen kann, müssen für Betriebszwecke keine Filter nachgekauft werden, außer wenn mal etwas kaputt gehen sollte.

Durch die Verwirbelung des Feinstaubes mit den Staubflocken im Staubbehälter ist auch das Entleeren eine weniger staubige Angelegenheit als befürchtet. Beim Verschließen des Staubbehälters sollte man nur darauf achten, dass die Dichtgummis staub- und krümelfrei sind.

I have my workbench in my garage and I needed a cyclone for my vacuum cleaner.

There are many cyclones on thingiverse to print, but this cyclones are big printed parts.

The cheapest cyclone on amazon was about 40€, so I decided to make my own 5€ cyclone.

I went to the local hardware store (https://www.bauhaus.info) and bought 2 DN110 HT-pipes (article-no. 13624524), 1 DN110 HT-cover (article-no. 13625530) and 1 DN40 HT-pipe (article-no. 13624490).

I closed one of the DN110 pipes at the bottom with some carton and duct tape.

The other one got a radial hole for the printed part "Radial" and 4 holes for M3 bolts. This is the connection for the vacuum cleaner hose.

The DN110 cover got a hole in the middle for the second printed part "Axial" and 4 holes for M3 bolts.

The DN40 fits in the middle of the DN110 cover. There are holes in the parts "Axial" to mount the DN40 pipe, but the pipe fits snugly.

At the end I used some silicone to seal the parts and I attached 2 M10 bolts on every DN110 pipe for an easier dis-assembly.

On the picture you can see some more duct tape between the DN110 parts. At this time, I had no M10 bolts in the DN110 pipes. With the seals of the DN110 pipes the dis-assembly was very hard, so I had to seal the system with duct tape. After attaching the M10 bolts I used the seals and removed the duct tape.

The stl-parts are not orientated, you have to rotate them with the hose-side downwards.

The holes for the M3 bolts are closed a little bit, in order to avoid overhangs.

The cylcone works awesome. I tested it with strands form MDF and birch multiplex board. No strands in the vacuum cleaner, only a little little bit of dust. To clean the cyclone I only have to remove the bottom DN110 pipe.
